Christian Coaching is optional. I don’t believe in impressing my personal values on a coaching client unless they request it.
Coaching and fellowship can be very powerful together! Iron sharpens iron! I’ve been blessed to coach real estate agents that desire to combine coaching and their faith and I have no doubt that it accelerates the journey greatly! The holy spirit opens up doors! As disciples, it can be difficult to bridge the gap between faith and business. Often, one piece of scripture can make a direction crystal clear. Christ is our North star. His example leads us to the best life and the highest levels of energy available on this planet! Not coincidentally, the principles in the Gospels and the Energy Leadership Index Assessment I utilize have great synergy. Often sin is at the core and blocks us unconsciously. Coaching can bring sin to light and provide solutions. I help Christian agents by combining our faith with my real estate expertise and coaching training. It’s a great combination for growth and breakthroughs!
Example:
In my early days of coaching, I had a fairly new agent that was partnered with her spouse. It became apparent quickly that they were on two distinctly different paths and they had vastly different ideas for where the business should go. She seemed to be content with them going on separate paths until I shared a piece of scripture with her.
“Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation, and every city or house divided against itself will not stand.” -Matthew 12:25
Her eyes lit up and she realized that indeed, she must get on the same page with her spouse and business partner. They spent the entire weekend talking and hashing things out. Today, they are running a successful venture TOGETHER. I have no doubt that God directed me to share that scripture.
