Exciting New Direction!

I've decided to chase my passion of coaching primarily! I'm going for it! Life is short! I'm taking my own advice and casting a smaller net by rebranding as a real estate coach. In a new business especially, we must take our theories and ideas from paper into action and create experience. Over the last year I've been blessed to coach top sales people outside the real estate business and a variety of other business owners. I've enjoyed it immensely and I believe I've served them well! But, I've discovered where I am the most impactful and passionate and that's supporting top real estate professionals. Coaching 10, 20, and 40 million dollar producers is where I feel called. It's the combination of specific expertise and coaching skills that compounds results. I desire to serve, partner, and support my coaching clients on the highest level possible!

I'll be speaking in person and via zoom regularly to groups of real estate agents. My first speaking engagement will be at Berkshire Hathaway on 11/15/22! It's on Conflict. A performance killer!! This will be a closed venue.

Christian Coaching

I'm really excited about this option for my clients! I don't believe in imposing my personal values on my coaching clients, but I've had the opportunity to bring mutual Christian values into a number of coaching partnerships over the last year. It's a beautiful thing! It can be a real challenge to bridge your beliefs into your real estate business. Iron sharpens iron! Often one piece of scripture makes a decision or direction crystal clear!

The ELI creates new awareness in regards to the lens you view the world through, your conditioning, stress triggers, mindset strengths, and opens the door to new ways to approach your business and life at a higher frequency.
